Follow these steps to configure email to text message service.
- Log on to Dash board website.
- Click on to Manage Campaign
- Click on to Add new Campaign and select Email-2-Text
- Select the short code and the SMS account.
- Type the Email address from which you will be sending text messages.
- Edit the Subject template and message template. When a customer replies back to your text message from email, then you will receive the message based in this format.
- OPTIONAL* Check Enable Email to MMS
- Click SAVE button to save the Campaign.
- Now you can send messages to mobile number. The message format shall be as shown below:
- <Phonenumber>@text2email.net, for example 12123005984@text2email.net
