Follow steps given below to remove Email signature or company confidential disclosure from the Text messages sent from your Email account.
1. Sign-in to the Dashboard using your credentials
2. Go to your Email-to-Text campaign
3. Click on the campaign Name to Edit
4. Scroll down to Remove Footer Boundary (Email2Text) field and add a boundary text, any content after the boundary text will be removed.

For example, if your email signature looked like this:

To remove the signature completely, you can add a boundary "Vin Smith"
Or you could simply use 5-6 dashes such as "-----" and add this to your signature from where you want to truncate the email content.
