A contact subgroup, also known as a subgroup, is a subset of contacts or individuals within a larger contact list or database. In various contexts, such as marketing, or email campaigns, a contact subgroup is created by grouping together contacts based on specific criteria or characteristics.
1. Login to the Dashboard.
2. Go to the Subscribers tab then on the Contacts drop-down list choose Manage Subgroups.
3. On the Subgroup page, just fill out the details need and condition applies for your list then just save the changes to apply.
