To view report on all outbound MMS messages, follow these steps
- Log on to the dash board website.
- Click on to Manage MMS.
- Click MMS outbox.
- Select the date range for which you want to view the report.
- Select your SMS account.
- Click run to view the report. You can see the status of all outbound MMS here.
- You can also export this report to Excel file format for your future reference.
- If you want to view the report of individual mobile number, enter the mobile number in the mobile number text box and click run.
