Manage MMS

Purpose: Upload, organize, preview, and manage MMS (images, videos, GIFs) used in SMS/MMS campaigns

🔹 1. Accessing the MMS Gallery

To open the MMS Gallery:

  • Go to the left-hand menu
  • Click 📷 Manage MMS

You’ll land on the MMS Gallery interface, where all uploaded multimedia is stored in folders.

🔹 3. Creating a New MMS Folder

To organize your MMS files into categories:

  1. Click New Folder
  2. Enter a folder name (e.g., Promotions, Event Banners)
  3. Click Save

Your new folder will appear in the left-side folder list.

🗑 You can delete a folder using the red trash icon next to its name.

🔹 4. Adding a New MMS

To upload a new image, GIF, or video:

  1. Click ADD NEW MMS inside the folder view
  2. Upload an image/video file (formats supported: JPG, PNG, GIF, MP4, etc.)
  3. Provide a name/label (e.g., Test MMS)
  4. Click Save

The MMS will now appear in the gallery with a thumbnail preview.

  • Images: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF
  • Audio: MP3, AMR
  • Video: MP4, 3GP

Note: Some file types may be compressed or reformatted during delivery to match carrier and device requirements.

To ensure optimal delivery and compatibility across all carriers and devices:

  • Maximum size per file: 1 MB
  • Recommended size: Under 600 KB for faster sending and better device support

Files over the limit may be rejected by carriers or cause delivery issues.

Upload a banner image titled HolidayPromo2025 showing your New Year sale.

🔹 5. Managing an MMS File

Each MMS file thumbnail includes:

🗑 Trash CanDelete the MMS permanently
✉️ Send IconAttach and send this MMS in a campaign or test message
✏️ Edit IconRename the MMS or move it to another folder

🔹 6. Sending an MMS in a Campaign

To use an MMS from the gallery:

  1. Go to Campaigns → New Campaign
  2. Choose the MMS option when composing the message
  3. Click to browse MMS Gallery
  4. Select your desired MMS

  5. Finalize message and schedule/send

     

  • Use short, mobile-optimized images or videos.
  • Avoid long filenames or special characters.
  • Test new uploads before sending to a large audience.
