Purpose: Save, manage, and reuse message templates for faster, consistent communication.
🔹 1. Accessing the Templates Module
Steps:
- Log into your Wire2Air dashboard
- From the left menu, click 📝 Templates
You’ll see a list of your saved message templates with titles and content previews.
🔹 2. Template Dashboard Overview

| Title | The name of the template |
| Message | The content of the SMS |
| Actions | 🗑 Delete template |
Example Entries:
- Birthday Messages → “This birthday, treat yourself with a special 20% OFF...”
- Anniversary Message → “Celebrate your anniversary with us...”
🔸 3. Creating a New Template
- Click the red ➕ ADD button (top right)
- A modal pops up: "Add Template"
Fill in:
- Message Name (e.g., Order Confirmation, Promo Alert)
- Message Body (up to 918 characters)
✅ Click SAVE to store the template
✨ 4. Using the AI Assistant to Draft Messages
[NEW FEATURE]
The AI button (bottom-right of the template pop-up) helps auto-generate smart, context-aware messages.
🧠 How to Use:
- Click AI icon in the message editor
- Select or describe the goal (e.g., birthday greeting, feedback request, promotion)
- The AI will instantly draft a professional, tailored message
✨ Example:
Prompt: “Birthday coupon offer”
AI-Generated Message:
🎉 Happy Birthday! Celebrate with a 25% OFF coupon valid all week. Show this message at checkout or use code BDAY25 online.
You can:
- Modify the message
- Add emojis, links, tags, or unsubscribe instructions before saving
💡 Tip: Use the AI to draft campaign templates faster, maintain tone consistency, or overcome writer’s block.
🔹 5. Editing or Deleting Templates
- To Delete: Click the 🗑 red trash icon next to a template
- To Edit: Currently, templates can be deleted and re-added with changes (editable options may expand in future releases)
🔹 6. Searching for Templates
Use the Search bar to locate templates by keyword in name or content.
