- Action: Enter a descriptive name.
- Description (Optional):
- Purpose: Provide a brief internal description for the widget's use or placement.
- Action: Enter any relevant notes.
- Text Number:
- Purpose: Select the dedicated text number from your account that visitors will send messages to when they click this button.
- Action: Click the dropdown and select the appropriate text number (e.g., your customer service line, sales line).
- Confirmation Message:
- Purpose: This message might appear on your website briefly after a user clicks the button, confirming the action or providing instructions (e.g., "Opening your messaging app...", "Please send us your query!").
- Action: Compose a short, clear confirmation message.
- Button Icon:
- Purpose: Choose an icon that will be displayed on your "Click to Text" button. This helps visually communicate its function.

- Embedding the Widget:
