You can configure email alert if your account's credit fell below certain level. To setup low credit threshold,
1. Sign-in to Dashboard
2. Click on Manage Account -> Manage users
3. Edit the user account, you like to setup low credit email alert.
4. On Edit user screen, enter "Low credit alert threshold". You will receive an email notification if the credits of the selected user drops below the threshold value.
5. Optionally, enter "Auto Recharge Credits" to setup Auto top-up credits if credit balance drops below threshold level. We'll charge credit card on file for additional credits as per your subscription.
** Auto Recharge Credits is not available while account is still under review and restricted.
