With carrier's increased compliance and the increase of SPAM and phishing messages on SMS channels. We have taken steps to prevent SPAM traffic on our network.
All new accounts including Trial or Paid (recently upgraded) accounts need to go through a verification process. For the USA, all text numbers local (10-digit numbers) need to go through a mandatory registration process known as 10DLC.

What are the limitations?
- Messages can ONLY be sent to your mobile number, the number used to activate the account.
- All International messages will be blocked until the account is verified by our compliance team.
- Client can't buy or replace their existing assigned texting number
How Do I Send Messages On a Trial?
You can't send messages to anyone else except to your mobile number.
Do users need to opt-in if we're only receiving Text Messages?
No, to receive messages on your text number, users don't need to opt-in.
