Overview
With carrier's increased compliance and the increase of SPAM and phishing messages on SMS channels. We have taken steps to prevent SPAM traffic on our network.
All new accounts including Trial or Paid (recently upgraded) accounts need to go through a verification process. For the USA, all text numbers local (10-digit numbers) need to go through a mandatory registration process known as 10DLC.

What are the limitations?
- Messages can be sent to only opt-in users or your mobile number in the USA and Canada.
- All International messages will be blocked until the account is verified by our compliance team.
- Client can't buy or replace their existing assigned texting number
How Do I Send Messages On a Trial?
To send messages to someone, they need to manually opt into the text-2-Join campaign. They can opt-in by texting the keyword "START" to the assigned texting number.
You don't have to create an opt-in (Text-2-Join) campaign, the START keyword is automatically handled by our system.
Do users need to opt-in if we're only receiving Text Messages?
No, to receive messages on your text number, users don't need to opt-in.
if you receive a message from someone on your texting number, they're automatically white-listed and then you can send them messages after they have sent a text.
Exceptions
Text to Email, SMS Polling, Text to Trivia, Text Survey, and any inbound campaign are NOT restricted and you can test these during the Trial.
The accounts still need to go through verification and 10DLC registration (applicable to USA only) to run the campaign once the account is upgraded.
