How to personalize a picture message with the custom labels for each contact?

When adding a new MMS in the Gallery, you can add the following merge tags in the text content of the

MMS; %name%,%custom1%, %custom2%, %custom3%, and %custom4%.

Go to Manage MMS -> MMS Gallery to Add/Edit saved MMS.
