🔁 Recurring Messages
The Recurring Messages module allows you to schedule automated messages that repeat on a defined cycle. What makes this feature powerful is the ability to add or upload multiple messages to a single schedule, so your subscribers receive a different message each time—rather than repeating the same one.
⚙️ How It Works
- Choose how often the message should repeat (e.g., every day, every 3 days, every week).
- Set a start date, end date, and the time of day to send the message.
- Add or upload multiple messages to the schedule.
- The system will rotate through your message list—sending a new message each time the schedule runs.
- Once all messages are sent, the schedule can either stop or loop again based on your configuration.
📌 Real-World Use Case: 30-Day Self-Care Challenge
A wellness brand wants to engage subscribers in a “30-Day Self-Care Challenge.” They prepare a list of 30 motivational messages and use the Recurring Messages module to automate delivery:
- They upload 30 custom messages, each one representing a daily tip.
- The schedule is set to repeat daily at 9:00 AM, starting on June 4 and ending on July 3.
- Subscribers receive a different self-care prompt every day, such as:
Day 1: Take a 10-minute walk outdoors today.
Day 2: Write down 3 things you're grateful for.
Day 3: Drink 8 glasses of water today.
This approach builds daily engagement, loyalty, and positive habits—automated entirely from one schedule.
