Celebrate your clients' or employees' birthdays by sending thoughtful, automated text messages. Our platform allows you to set up birthday greetings that are sent on or before their special day.
📌 Where to Set Up Birthday Messages
- From the left navigation menu, click on Automation.
- Select the BIRTHDAY MESSAGES tab at the top of the screen.
🛠️ Step-by-Step Setup Instructions
1. Select the Service
- From the Service dropdown, choose the messaging service or campaign that should send the birthday messages.
2. Set Days Before Actual Birthday
- Input the number of days before the birthday to send a message.
0= Message will be sent on the birthday.1= Message will be sent 1 day before the birthday.- You can still send an additional message on the actual day.
3. Compose Birthday Message Templates
💌 Prior to Birthday Message Template
- Write a message to be sent before the birthday (based on the days you set above).
- Example:
"We couldn't wait! 🎉 Happy early birthday from all of us at [Your Company]!"
🎂 Day of Birthday Message Template
- Write a message for the actual birthday.
- Example:
"Happy Birthday, [FirstName]! 🥳 Hope your day is filled with joy. – [Your Company]" - You can include emojis 😊, images 📸, or personalization tags (like first name) using the available toolbar icons.
4. Set Time to Send Message
- Choose the exact time the birthday message should be sent (e.g., 12:00 AM, 9:00 AM).
- Tip: Early morning times work best to delight recipients when they start their day.
5. Save Your Settings
- Click the SAVE button to activate the birthday automation.
