Campaign Module is used to create, manage and send Mass or Bulk SMS/MMS messages.

🧭 1. Navigating to Campaigns
- Log in to your account Dashboard.
- From the left-hand menu, click on Campaigns.
- You'll land on the Campaign Management Dashboard, which shows active and past campaigns along with their statuses.
➕ 2. Creating a New Campaign
Step-by-Step:
- Click the red + New Campaign button which leads to composing the Mass Texting Message window.
- Enter the following:
- Campaign/Broadcast Name
- Select Message Template or create a custom message
- Choose Contact List
- Select Send Time (Now or Schedule Later)
- Optionally enable:
- Auto-responses
- Click tracking
- Drip sequence
- Click Save or Schedule.
✅ Example:
- Name: Product Survey
- Message: "Hey, give your valuable feedback... Text REVIEWS to 12052555758"
- Send Time: Immediate
🔎 3. Filtering & Viewing Campaigns
Use the top filter bar to:
- Filter by Date Range
- Select User (if multi-user setup)
- Choose Status (Sent, Scheduled, Draft)
The search box helps quickly find campaigns by name or keyword.
📋 4. Campaign List View Explained

📬 5. Managing Replies
- Click on Replies in the last column.
- View, export, and respond to incoming messages.
- Add responses to the CRM or re-target users using workflows.
⚙️ 6. Campaign Actions
- 🖊️ Edit: Modify unsent or draft campaigns.
- 🗑️ Delete: Remove unwanted drafts or scheduled campaigns.
- 📤 Resend: Duplicate and re-send past successful campaigns.
📊 7. Tips & Best Practices
- Use message templates to ensure consistency.
- Always test your campaign before mass sending (via Tools > Test Message).
- Keep campaigns under 160 characters for single SMS billing.
- Use trackable links via the Link Shortener (under Tools) for engagement metrics.
- Schedule messages during optimal hours for higher open rates (e.g., 10 AM–1 PM).
