- Log in to your Dashboard
- Choose Text Numbers on the Navigation Panel
- Then access Manage Text Numbers
- Under the Manage Text Numbers page, choose Call Forwarding
- On the Text Number Voice Application page choose how your voice call to be forwarded.
- Forward to # : if you prefer it to be call forwarded to a Dedicated number.
- Trigger A Web Service : if you want to get web hook to receive call notification on their server
- Trigger A SMS Campaign : if you want to setup a auto response message when someone calls at the number, it can be used to engaged with users using SMS for missed calls
- Just save the changes to confirm
