A SubGroup is a smart, filtered segment within a Subscriber List. It allows you to automatically group contacts based on conditions like area code, custom fields, age, or subscription date β no manual tagging required.

- To send targeted messages to a filtered group
- To run conditional workflows (e.g. birthday offers)
- To segment your subscribers based on profile data
π§ How to Create a SubGroup
- Name your SubGroup β This is required.

Choose a match type:
- All conditions apply (AND): All rules must be true
- Any condition applies (OR): At least one rule must be true
