Shortcode or virtual numbers (is a local cell number clients buy from TXTimpact) can send MMS
Landline numbers and international numbers cannot send broadcast MMS, so they have to send images as a link by clicking on the image icon

For receiving messages internationally, shortcode doesn’t work,
For the USA we can't change Sender Id to Alpha Numeric characters. The SenderId can be only either 5-6 digits shortcode or 10 digit number. or can be changed to their landline number
