Purpose: To analyze message delivery, campaign engagement, and performance insights across various metrics.
πΉ 1. Accessing Reports
To view reporting metrics:
- Log into the dashboard
- From the left sidebar, click π Report
πΉ 2. Reports Dashboard Overview
The Reports module is divided into 3 tabs:

| All Messages | See details of all messages sent from your account |
| Campaign Analytics | Overview of campaign performance by batch |
| URL Click Through | Tracks clicks on URLs sent via SMS/MMS |
πΈ 3. Using βAll Messagesβ Tab
This view displays message-level analytics.
π§Ύ Columns Explained:
- Recipient β The phone number the message was sent to
- Message β Text content of the message
- Text Number β The number used to send the message
- Message DateTime β Timestamp of when the message was sent
- Status β Sent / Failed / Queued
- Username β User who scheduled/sent the message
- Segments β Number of segments billed per message
π How to Use Filters:
- Date Range β Use the start/end date fields to narrow your results
- Criteria Dropdown β Options like Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Custom
- Search Bar β Filter by keyword, recipient number, or message content
- Click FILTER to refresh the report
- Click EXPORT (π₯ icon) to download the report as a CSV file
