Reports- Campaign Analytics

🔍 Navigating to Reports-> Campaign Analytics

1. From the left-hand sidebar, click on Report.

2. The module has multiple tabs:

   • Click on Campaign Analytics 

📈 CAMPAIGN ANALYTICS Tab

✅ Key Filters:

• Criteria: Choose a predefined date range like:

  • Today

  • Yesterday

  • Last Seven Days

  • This Week (From Monday)

  • This Month

  • Custom Range

• Start Date / End Date: Select specific dates manually.

• Select Period: View data by:

  • Daily

  • Weekly

  • Monthly

🔴 Click Apply Filter after choosing your filters to refresh the report data.

📊 Graphs & Data

1. Messaging Summary (Left Chart)

• Tracks:

  • Sent Messages (blue)

  • Received Messages (red)

• Helps evaluate outbound and inbound activity over time.

2. Subscription Activities (Right Chart)

• Displays:

  • Subscribed Users (red line)

  • Unsubscribed Users (blue line)

• Useful to measure growth or churn in your subscriber list.
