Mandatory Compliance Notice:
All RCS agents launched on Wire2Air / TXTImpact must comply with carrier, platform, and regulatory requirements. Failure to comply may result in rejection, suspension, or permanent blocking of the RCS agent.

1. User Consent (Opt-In Requirement)
RCS messages may only be sent to users who have explicitly opted in to receive communications from your brand.
- Opt-in must be obtained directly by the same brand registered for the RCS agent.
- Third-party, shared, or purchased opt-in lists are strictly prohibited.
- You must be able to prove the opt-in source upon request.
2. Opt-Out Handling (STOP Compliance)
Critical Requirement:
If a user sends STOP, no additional messages may be sent unless the user explicitly opts back in.

- Your RCS agent must recognize the keyword STOP.
- STOP must be recognized in every language used in your RCS communications.
- An opt-out confirmation message must be sent immediately.
- Once opted out, the user must be suppressed across all campaigns for that agent.
3. Message Content & Acceptable Use
All RCS message content must comply with applicable laws, carrier policies, and Wire2Air acceptable use standards.
- No illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content.
- No promotion of counterfeit goods or scams.
- No content involving hate speech, harassment, or threats.
- No adult, explicit, or offensive content.
- No promotion of prohibited or controlled substances.
4. Brand Representation & Consistency
Your RCS agent must accurately represent your brand at all times.
- Brand name, logo, website, and sender name must be consistent.
- Agent branding must clearly identify the business sending messages.
- Impersonation of another brand or misleading identity is not allowed.
5. Traffic, Volume & Usage Expectations
Message volume must align with the use case approved during agent registration.
- Sudden traffic spikes outside the approved use case may trigger review.
- Promotional campaigns must follow declared frequency and volume.
- Abusive or excessive messaging may result in throttling or suspension.
6. Ongoing Compliance Monitoring
Wire2Air continuously monitors RCS traffic for compliance. Agents found in violation may be paused or disabled without prior notice.
