The Text 2 Screen module (also referred to as Text Feedback) allows you to collect real-time feedback from users via SMS. The feedback can be displayed live on a screen during events, meetings, or broadcasts, enhancing audience engagement.
📋 How to Create a New Text Feedback Campaign
- Go to WorkFlows & Rules on the left menu.
- Click Create New Text Feedback.
- Fill in the following fields:
- Text Number: Choose the number that will receive the feedback texts.
- Select SMS Account: Choose your Wire2Air account from the dropdown.
- Campaign Name: Internal name for your campaign.
- Keyword: The keyword users must text to submit feedback (e.g., “FEEDBACK2025”).
- Maximum Votes Allowed: Limit the number of messages per user (0 = unlimited).
🔐 Age Gate and Re-Entry
- Age Gate: Set the minimum age to participate (e.g., 18). If enabled, the system will validate the user's date of birth.
- Re-Entry Duration: Set how long a user must wait before submitting again (in hours). Set to
0for no wait time.
📆 Set Campaign Schedule
- Start Date & Time: When the campaign begins.
- End Date & Time: When the campaign ends.
📝 Add Content
- Question: The prompt or question users will respond to via SMS.
- Auto Response: Automatic reply sent to users after they send their feedback.
- Campaign Ended Message: Sent when feedback is submitted after the end date.
- Campaign Not Started Message: Sent when feedback is submitted before the campaign begins.
📱 How Users Submit Feedback
Participants text their feedback to the assigned number using the keyword first. The format is:
[Keyword] [Feedback Message]
Example: FEEDBACK2025 Great event! Very well organized.
🖥️ Viewing Feedback on Screen
Feedback collected via SMS can be displayed on-screen in real time:
- Navigate to the campaign dashboard.
- Select the Display Screen or Live Feed option.
- Customize font size, background, filters, and moderation options if needed.
📊 Analyze Feedback
- View individual responses in real time or export all messages for further analysis.
- Reports are accessible via the Report section in the sidebar.
